Our managers serve and support their teams, making sure that those individuals closest to our clients have the full support of the entire organization.

Our managers realize the reality of today’s workforce and the increasing difficulty in maintaining a balance between the demands of family, community and career. While the majority of our associates keep standard business hours, where possible we offer flexible hours, virtual office strategies and have even established a few home offices when the need arose. We also host a number of events and activities to keep morale high and promote our team environment.

A black tie event with champagne flowing to celebrate crossing the chasm of corporate growth and technical achievement.

Both were the themes of our fifth and six year anniversary parties. These were outdoor family picnics complete with petting zoos, pony rides, sailboats, and live music. Not to mention every kind of food imaginable from fresh exotic fruits to funnel cakes and Latin cuisine to good ole’ southern barbeque.

Our software release parties are an office favorite. When was the last time your peers threw you a party to thank you for your efforts? We say thank you to our technology teams by hosting creative theme parties for each software release. Our engineers have enjoyed: Live from the Red Carpet, Rock Stars!, beach parties and Live from Las Vegas, just to name a few. You’ll love coming up with a theme that will WOW our technology teams!

Benefitfocus likes to share a meal with our families, create crafts with our kids and take time to give back to our community. Our community projects have included partnering with area non-profits like the Lowcountry Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Charleston Youth Development Center and the American Red Cross. |
