BluesEnroll, powered by Benefitfocus, is the electronic enrollment application offered by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Piggly Wiggly chose BluesEnroll for electronic enrollment because of its proven usability, its simplicity of design from the users (employees) perspective, the touch-screen kiosk technology advantage and their long- time trust in the leadership at Benefitfocus.
