Benefitfocus offers two medical plans offering broad provider networks, flexibility in treatment in or out of network, cost structures to appeal to different categories of consumers, and online tools to manage your own healthcare.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

The FSA Plan allows you to pay for certain health-care and dependent-care expenses on a tax-free basis.

FSA Health Care
|
|
Eligible associates can set aside up to $5000 pre-tax to pay for qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses otherwise not covered by health insurance. This benefit is for you and your eligible dependents each calendar year.

FSA Dependent Care

This benefit gives eligible associates the opportunity to set aside $5000 pre-tax for work related dependent care expenses, such as licensed day care.

Sick Leave
|

It’s important to take the time to get well when you’re sick or injured. Benefitfocus associates have a generous sick leave plan that allows them to accrue up to thirty (30) days of sick leave and a conversion plan that allows up to sixteen (16) hours of sick leave to be converted to vacation annually.

Short Term Disability
|
|
Benefitfocus offers a short term disability plan to full time associates. While we hope you never need it, this plan offers associates the opportunity to receive short term compensation assistance should they become unable to work due to an accident, injury or illness.
