We love BluesEnroll, especially now since we’re using it to handle COBRA. We don’t have to worry about sending out COBRA letters; BluesEnroll automatically prompts a letter when we terminate that employee.
Our administrators use the Summary report and individual employee reports pretty often. You can print it out and it shows all of their dependents, their effective dates…we use that functionality a lot.
