It really helps to know that if I enter something in BluesEnroll today, Blue Cross has it tomorrow. If I have information for changing a primary care doctor, I can even enter it on the last day of the month if I have to.
I like the ease of the application for making changes and enrolling new people. And I like the COBRA manager; at a glance, I can have the whole list of anybody who’s been in COBRA this year.
