I wouldn’t do it any other way. eBenefitsNow is just so easy, and I can see right there that everything’s in. I just love it. There have only been a couple of problems, which were all generated on our end, not from eBenefitNow or Blue Cross; but any problem I’ve ever had, I can call and talk to my Benefitfocus Business Analyst and it’s handled. There is never an issue with getting things corrected or getting things answered. That Benefitfocus group is just awesome!
