We wanted to get rid of the paper and moved all of our benefits over to BluesEnroll. This way our employees can go in online, and on one website, sign up for all of their benefits and that information is automatically sent to all the carriers. And if someone adds a child or a spouse for Blue Cross, BluesEnroll automatically adds their information to dental and other benefits. And the approvals process is really cool. I can tell who’s been on the system and who’s done what.
We rolled it out during Open Enrollment, and it went so smoothly. It’s so simple, just one page per question. We had managers that said they did their Open Enrollment while sitting in a meeting.
