In addition to the Voya Employee Benefits App, Voya offers their Compass family of group voluntary insurance products, which is built directly on Benefitfocus Marketplace for enrollment and administrative ease. This approach virtually eliminates all payroll and billing issues that exist with traditional worksite voluntary products.
Traditionally, employers use a combination of several different enrollment methods for different types of benefits. Employees might enroll in some benefits on paper, while they are required to visit multiple websites or attend an in-person meeting for others.
