Responsive layouts ensure that a broad range of devices and browsers will now have access to a single source of content, laid out to be easy to read and navigate with minimum resizing, panning and scrolling. Videos are optimized for smartphones as well, allowing members to learn about their benefits on the go.
Avatars and Animated Videos
HR InTouch Marketplace supports multiple types of educational tools and varying levels of support. Employees who need extra assistance can now access avatars and animated videos as they explore their benefit options. Avatars serve as a guide through the Marketplace, and can be used as much or as little as needed, depending upon the specific needs of the consumer.
HR InTouch Marketplace provides direct, mobile billing options so employees can pay for their benefits on the go. Email and smartphone notifications provide reminders for when bills are due, and a simple, guided navigation walks users through the payment process step by step. Payment options include credit card, PayPal and Google Wallet. With direct payment options, you can offer even more benefits that your employees pay for directly if they choose to spend more than their defined contribution.

Mayo Clinic, a worldwide leader in medical care, research and education will provide new health and wellness products and services through HR InTouch Marketplace. The alliance between Benefitfocus and Mayo Clinic will provide HR InTouch customers access to Mayo Clinic Health Assessment, the EmbodyHealth portal, and over 3,000 Mayo Clinic articles and videos. Discovery Benefits takes the hassle out of billing processes for employers. The app provides consolidated billing and self-billing available through HR InTouch, as well as a convenient online marketplace for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), COBRA and transportation benefits.
