Where is One Place 2015?

A: One Place 2015 will be taking place in sunny Orlando, Florida at The Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. The conference will be held at the award-winning Dolphin property.

What are the dates of the conference?

A: The conference dates are Monday, March 9, 2015 through Thursday, March 12, 2015.


How do I register?

A: Please register for One Place 2015 by going to our registration page.

How much does One Place 2015 cost?

A: The cost for One Place 2015 is $799. If your group purchases two registrations, you will receive the third for free.

There are multiple people from my organization going, but we registered at different times. How can we receive the buy two, get one free promotion?

A: Please contact and we will make the appropriate adjustments.

What are the payment options?

A: There are two options to pay for One Place registration this year: by credit card or debit card transaction; or you can request a paper invoice that you can submit to your company for payment.

A: You can modify your existing registration by using this link and entering your confirmation details.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

A: Please plan to cancel your conference registration by January 26, 2015 for a full conference refund. After January 26, 2015, no refunds will be issued.

If I cancel my conference registration, can I transfer my hotel reservation to another attendee?

A: Yes. Please call the hotel at 1-888-828-8850 to change the name and credit card on the reservation.

Do you allow attendee substitutions?

A: If your plans change, you may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to with the attendee’s first name, last name, email address, title and work phone number by
January 26, 2015.

Can I bring a spouse or guest to the evening events?

A: Yes. Spouses or guests are invited to our Welcome Reception on Monday and our Evening Event on Tuesday. Please send an email to if you are planning to bring a guest to an evening function.

Where is the registration desk located and what are the hours?

A: The registration desk is located on the lobby floor on level three in the Dolphin hotel. The hours for registration are as follows:

Monday, March 9: 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
Tuesday, March 10: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, March 11: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursday, March 12: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm

Which meals are included in my paid registration?

A: We like to plan our meals ahead of time, too. Your registration covers 8 of the 9 meals you will be enjoying at One Place. Breakfast, lunch and wellness breaks will be provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served at the Monday Welcome Reception and a delicious dinner will be provided at the Tuesday Evening Event. You will have Wednesday evening open to explore the fabulous restaurants of the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort and surrounding Disney properties.

When will breakfast and lunch be served?

A: Breakfast and lunch will be served during the following times:

Breakfast: 7:30 am – 9:30 am
Lunch: 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

Wednesday, March 11:
Breakfast: 7:30 am – 8:30 am
Lunch: 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm

Are there special hotels for the One Place 2015 Conference?

A: We have arranged for you to receive a special rate of $229 per night at the Dolphin hotel, part of the award-winning Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort.

How do I book a hotel for One Place or make modifications to an existing hotel reservation?

A: Please visit Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin’s website to book your hotel or make adjustments to your existing reservation.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least five days prior to your arrival for a full refund of your one night deposit. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested within five days of your arrival.

Where is my hotel located?

A: The Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort is located in the heart of Walt Disney World within walking distance to both EPCOT & Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It is also close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and the Magic Kingdom Park.

What is the weather like in Orlando in March?

A: Average high temperature is 78 degrees. Average low temperature is 56 degrees.

Which airport is closest to Orlando?

A: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is an international airport 6 miles southeast of Orlando, Florida. Travel time to and from the airport is approximately 25-30 minutes by car.

How do I arrange ground transportation?

A: Taxis are readily available outside of the airport and require no advance reservations.

Ground Transportation can be arranged through Mears Transportation.

Transportation and VIP Concierge Services can also be arranged through the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Concierge Services.

Do I need to rent a car?

A: Transportation will be provided to and from the evening events, which are located on the grounds of the Walt Disney Swan & Dolphin Resort and within walking distance from the Dolphin hotel. If you’d like to rent a car, rentals are available at the airport. There’s plenty of valet and self-parking available at the Dolphin hotel for a fee.

What types of sessions can I expect?

A: During One Place, there will be several breakout sessions and general sessions for you to choose from as well as software training sessions. Check back for updates on a detailed agenda.

When can I register for a session?

A: When the full agenda is available, attendees will receive an email to download our One Place App where you can register for specific sessions.


What are the scheduled events for One Place?
