Charleston, SC– November 03, 2005 – BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina (BlueCross) has selected Benefitfocus.com, Inc. to provide electronic billing services to its administrative service accounts, adding to its suite of Benefitfocus enrollment and data exchange services.
