CareFirst Connect's Automated Training offers refresher training for existing users and full video training for new users. You have two options to view our online training videos. The first option allows you to watch videos right in your web browser; and the next allows you may download the videos to your computer to watch at a later time. Administrators new to CareFirst Connect may attend instructor-led training, also presented over the Internet. You'll be guided by an experienced instructor so that you can ask questions as you learn how to use CareFirst Connect. Contact Web Site Support to schedule a class.
