Cloud-Based Enrollment for ALL Benefits

HR InTouch creates a benefits marketplace for your employees. Employees select medical, dental, voluntary, life and wellness coverage in just a few clicks, increasing participation in your benefits program by making it easy to enroll in all of the benefits your company provides. Videos, cost trackers and reminders from your HR team are integrated throughout the enrollment process so you can provide a personalized, enjoyable enrollment experience for your employees.

Create a Private Exchange

HR InTouch Marketplace builds on HR InTouch's core enrollment and communication capabilities, creating a private exchange environment for large employers. With HR InTouch Marketplace, employees are presented with all of the plans their employer has chosen to offer in one cohesive, engaging workflow. Employees who need extra assistance can access avatars, animated videos and live chat as they explore their benefit options. As employees shop, they add selected plans to a shopping cart that keeps a running tally of their employer’s defined contribution and their own out-of-pocket costs. If employees choose to purchase more coverage on their own, they can easily view and pay their bills in the HR InTouch Marketplace.

Transform Employee Communication

HR InTouch gives your employees access to the information they need, at the moment they need it. Rich content libraries, videos and an FAQ Knowledgebase allow you to easily provide clear, consistent communication so your employees can fully understand and appreciate the benefits you offer.

Employee To-Do List

Each employee has a personalized To-Do List that displays on the HR InTouch home page. For example, if you need your employees to review a new company policy, you can use the To-Do List to prompt employees to review and acknowledge that they have completed that task. Then they can easily see which tasks they completed and which tasks remain open.

When you need to convey a more comprehensive series of messages or tasks to your employees, you can organize content into a training program. Training programs can include an unlimited number of chapters and sessions, and they can contain video, text and documents.
