So what can recruiters do to stand out from the crowd and make sure their job postings are found by the right candidates online? Below are some tips to aid and optimize your company’s social recruiting efforts:

  • Job seekers want to be noticed and acknowledged. They want to know you are listening and making every effort to recruit them. Starting the conversation is easy - try asking questions or responding to inquiries you see posted online.
  • Job seekers appreciate transparency. Give them as much information as you can about your company and what it stands for. You will then attract potential associates who share your values.
