Intro
Gloria joined the Benefitfocus team in February 2022 as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Client Management in our Customer Success Organization. A firm believer in the adage “progress not perfection,” Gloria is passionate about problem-solving and process improvement, and enjoys coaching and developing teams to their full capabilities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for customer onboarding, support and open enrollment success, Gloria leads a team focused on strategic direction, driving customer satisfaction and delivering service excellence goals. Additionally, she ensures alignment of key business unit objectives, goals and priorities, and helps to identify and develop operational efficiency, eliminate roadblocks and improve resolution across the organization.
Street Cred
Gloria has extensive leadership experience across a variety of health care organizations, including BCBS of Massachusetts, Best Doctors, and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Most recently, Gloria was the SVP of Operations at ConsumerMedical, where she helped to develop a service model aimed at delivering outstanding experiences for customers. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Bentley College and is passionate about building world-class teams to deliver outstanding experiences for customers.
Hobbies and Interests
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Gloria loves all the things New England is famous for: snowstorms, autumn foliage, seafood and of course sports! In her personal time, Gloria takes a break from the cold and travels to the beach with her husband, Mike, children Kevin and Sarah, and their beloved yellow lab, Halo.

Gloria thrives in finding the potential in people and situations. She chose to work in the health care industry because it provides her the opportunity to do something meaningful in a way that helps others.
