Matt Dunsmoor will lead participants through the first stages of the Why Discovery process, which includes gathering stories – the basis of everyone’s WHY. This will help people draw out the unique contribution and impact they make in the world when they are at their natural best. Participants will see a live demo before working together. The Igniter will show how to dig into stories to find the real meaning and significance behind them. Equipped with these skills, participants will leave having achieved a head start on the Why Discovery process and will be primed to follow it through.

Since the launch of Disrupted HR, co-founder Lucy Adams has been passionately leading companies to a new way of thinking about the role of HR. After holding senior-level HR roles in a variety of sectors, including her most recent at the BBC, Lucy grew frustrated and decided to combine her strategic and operational HR expertise with a fresh but practical approach.
