In this role, Boland-Harter will be partnering with large, complex organizations and their consultants, to deliver a connected benefits experience across both health and financial wellbeing. Leveraging Benefitfocus’ comprehensive portfolio of outsourcing services, Sue’s focus will be on helping these organizations reduce their administrative burden while achieving better health and financial outcomes through meaningful employee engagement.
Boland-Harter is well-respected in the benefits administration industry with more than 25 years of experience, primarily in the Enterprise market. She has an extensive background having led enterprise sales at Businessolver after roles at ACS/Xerox and Aon Hewitt.
