I love watching the internal collaboration when trying to figure out better ways of doing things; working late (and still laughing) because issues are not resolved and more research is needed; and I love watching them listen to customers in meetings. Background: Danielle has spent much of the last two decades working for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, leading operational teams. She started her career there in Customer Service, moved to Enrollment and Billing, and finished leading the client services team, who were focused on the most complex and high-touch clients. As the business owner, Danielle focused on implementing billing, enrollment and exchange.
