Robin brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience to Benefitfocus. She has deep experience in leading all areas of Human Resources including recruitment, compensation and benefits, succession, talent development, and culture transformation. Before joining Benefitfocus, Robin was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at USAA. Prior to USAA, Robin held senior leadership positions at GE, Symantec and Infosys and has technology, healthcare and financial services industry experience.
Robin began her career in operational leadership roles with Honda, transferring into HR after obtaining her Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. She also holds a double Bachelors in Finance & Management from Coastal Carolina University.
In her free time, Robin enjoys baking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
