In 2017, our software client was looking for a partner to help support them with benefits administration. They considered extending their relationship with their general HCM software provider but decided Benefitfocus provided a higher level of support and customization they wanted in order to manage their benefits, including such features as a contact center, billing and compliance services.
This software client has remained loyal to Benefitfocus because of our consistent support across benefits administration and employee engagement, especially with the convenient employee Mobile App. The client also values Benefitfocus’ ability to customize to their needs through such opportunities as managing a complex spousal surcharge and supporting them through multiple acquisitions.
The relationship has grown over the years, with the client adopting additional solutions such as health care data analytics to help optimize their benefits.
Solution
The software client leverages the end-to-end Benefitplace™ solution which includes benefits administration, eligibility and enrollment. Employees can easily access their benefits and enroll through the Benefitplace Mobile App. Additionally, the client’s benefits team utilizes the Benefitfocus ACA Compliance and COBRA Administration solutions to help meet their compliance needs. Health Insights is also used to assist in analyzing claims data trends and optimizing plan design.
