Our flexible Balanced Care Vision^SM plan designs work on innovative solutions so you can offer a valued benefit while managing costs. Employers can choose from three simple, streamlined plan designs with local provider options throughout the nation. Our plans are employer-paid or voluntary and offer employees access to the VSP^® or EyeMed^SM networks, or outside providers depending on the selection.
