Based on their individual Statement of Health form, employees will receive details on approvals, denials and exam reports by mail. We know privacy matters, so information will be sent directly to their homes, letting them discuss details privately with their families.
We help ensure employees receive their coverage in a timely manner by providing:
- A SOH imaging system that captures data upon receipt.
- Vendors that offer paramedical exams, and that retrieve any additional corresponding medical records or attending physician’s statement(s), if required.
- Notification on applicants’ status and decision by mail.
